Instructions

Preparation

Grasp ez-bar and stand upright with knees slightly flexed. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.

Execution

Extend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
