Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on flat bench. Grasp barbell with shoulderwide overhand grip. Dismount barbell and hold it above chest.

Execution

Lower barbell to costal arch. Keep elbows close to body. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep upper arms close to torso.
