PreparationGrasp low puller cable rope attachment and sit on flat bench facing away from pulley. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.
ExecutionExtend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
