PreparationGrasp dumbbell and with one leg kneel on flat bench. Put hand of supporting arm of same side on bench. Place other foot besides and keep leg extended. Pull dumbbell up and hold upper arm close to body parallel to floor.
ExecutionFully extend arm backward. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
