PreparationGrasp ez-bar with shoulderwide overhand grip. Sit on bench, place heels below knees and keep torso upright. Hold elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.
ExecutionExtend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
