Instructions

Preparation

Grasp barbell with shoulderwide overhand grip and sit upright on flat bench. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hold barbell behind neck.

Execution

Extend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
