PreparationGrasp ez-bar with shoulderwide overhand grip and sit on preacher bench in reverse position. Place back against pad. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.
ExecutionExtend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
