PreparationGrasp high pulley cable bar with shoulderwide or narrow overhand grip and sit on incline bench, facing away from pulley. Let elbows point forward with upper arms parallel to floor. Keep arm flexed and hold bar in front of forehead.
ExecutionExtend arm completely. Return and repeat.
Variations / CommentsStop bending arms just before bar reaches forehead. Keep elbows in position throughout motion.
