PreparationStand in front of high pulley, grasp cable stirrup attachment with overhand grip. Hold elbow to side with upper arm vertical. Keep knees slightly flexed.
ExecutionCompletely extend arm while elbow remains in position. Return until lower arm is just above parallel to floor. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsWhen doing full range of motion, donīt let lower arm rest on upper arm at top position.
