PreparationLie supine on sled and place shoulders against shoulder-pads. With lower leg parallel to floor put either foot against platform. Adjust sled so that thigh point slightly towards torso.
ExecutionExtend hips and working leg to move backward. Keep knee slightly flexed. Return until leg is flexed right-angled. Repeat. Continue with opposite leg.
