PreparationLie supine on sled and place shoulders against shoulder-pads. With lower legs parallel to floor put feet against platform, hip-wide apart. Adjust sled so that thigh point slightly towards torso.
ExecutionExtend hips and legs to move backward. Keep knees slightly flexed. Return until legs are flexed right-angled. Repeat.
