Instructions

Preparation

Put ankle cuff around either ankle, stand facing toward cable and grasp ballet bars. Stand on other foot.

Execution

Extend hip to push leg back. Return and repeat. Continue with other side.

Variations / Comments

Optionally stand on weight plate to increase distance to floor.
