Instructions

Preparation

Lie in machine with back against pad and place feet hip-wide against platform. Extend knees and release clamp lever.

Execution

Flex hips and knees to lower sled until lower legs are parallel to floor. Return, keep knees slighty flexed and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep heels on platform. Let feet point in same direction as knees.
