Instructions

Preparation

Grasp two opposing high pulley stirrups. Stand centrical between pulleys, keep hips and knees slightly flexed. Let elbow point upwards and keep arms slightly flexed.

Execution

Move arms toward each other in front of waist in an embracing motion. Keep elbows fixed and facing to sides in lower position. Return and repeat.
