Instructions

Preparation

Lie on mat in lateral position with elbow of low arm below shoulder. Let forearm point forward. Hold other arm besides torso. Place legs upon each other and raise hips until body is slightly arched.

Execution

Raise and extend upper leg as far as possible. Simultaneously extend upper arm over head. Keep position. Return. Continue with opposite side.
