Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat and place arms out to side. Hold knees above hips with legs flexed right-angled.

Execution

Twist hips to lower legs to one side until thighs touch floor. Twist to other side. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep back and shoulders on floor throughout motion.
