Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat with arms on floor to sides. Raise legs and position knees above hips. Keep legs slightly flexed.

Execution

Flex abs to lift hips off mat. Keep knees above hips. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Maintain muscular tension, donīt "rest" in lower position. Use arms to stabilize position.
