Instructions

Preparation

Lie on mat in lateral position. Flex hips and legs right-angled and place knees to front. Extend upper leg. Put hand of high arm on floor to stabilize body. Extend other arm beyond and let head rest on upper arm.

Execution

Raise upper leg as high as possible. Return, donīt let leg rest, repeat.
