PreparationSit in machine and place back against back pad. Grasp handles with overhand grip. Keep upper arm perpendiular to torso and let let elbow point down.
ExecutionPress lever up overhead until arms are almost extended. Return until elbow are just below shoulders. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsPress back against pad. Avoid hollow back.
