PreparationGrasp rope attachment with hand side by side and stand facing away from pulley. Place feet about shoulderwide apart. Hold arms in front of body with elbows slightly flexed.
ExecutionRaise arms to front until upper arms are parallel to floor or slightly higher. Return and repeat.
