Instructions

Preparation

Grasp low pulley cable bar with shoulderwide overhand grip and stand facing away from stack, cable between legs. Keep arms at sides and elbow slightly flexed.

Execution

Raise arms to front until upper arms are parallel to floor or slightly higher. Return and repeat.
