Preparation
Sit in machine and place chest against pad. Use optional support lever to bring handles in position. Grasp handles with overhand grip end bring upper arms up to let elbows poin to sides.Execution
Pull lever back, move elbows behind and pull shoulders backwards while upper arms remain prependicular to torso. Return, keep arms slightly flexed to maintain tension. Repeat.Variations / Comments
