Instructions

Preparation

Grasp left low cable stirrup with right hand and vice versa. Stand centrical between stacks, Place feet about shoulderwide apart, keep knees slightly flexed and bend hips to bring torso about parallel to floor. Keep back straight and hold hands below chest.

Execution

Raise arms to sides until elbows are slightly higher than shoulders. Keep upper arms perpendicular to torso and elbows slightly bent. Return and repeat.

Keep arms perpendicular to torso throughout motion to minimze involvement of Latissimus,
