PreparationSit upright in front of low cable pulley and with either hand grasp stirrup attachment with overhand grip. Hold arm to front. Let elbow point to side.
ExecutionPull stirrup toward height of shoulder while keeping upper arm prependicular to torso. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
Variations / CommentsFlex shoulder, pull upper arm backwards and let forearm follow passively.
