Preparation
Grasp upper pulley cable stirrup with either hand and lie supine on flat bench with same arm away from weight stack. Let arm point towards upper cable origin. Place feet on floor and use other hand to grasp bench to stabilize position.Execution
Pull arm down toward floor. Keep upper arm perpendicular to body and let elbow be bent. Return, keep arm slightly flexed and repeat. Continue with opposide side.Variations / Comments
