PreparationSit in machine and place chest against pad. Use optional support lever to bring handles in position. Grasp handles with overhand grip.
ExecutionPull lever back, move elbows behind and pull shoulders backwards. Return, keep arms slightly flexed to maintain tension. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAs as lever is beeing pulled, bring shoulder blades together. Allow shoulders to be dragged forward while extending arms.
