Instructions

Preparation

Grasp handles with wide overhand grip and kneel on pad. Keep body upright and look ahead.

Execution

Pull upward until eyes reach height of handles. Return, keep arms slightly flexed, repeat.

Variations / Comments

Allow shoulders to be pulled upward while extending arms. Depending on machine layout it may be required to stand on platform.
