Instructions

Preparation

Grasp high pulley cable stirrup and kneel sideward to pulley in lunge position. Keep back upright.

Execution

Pull stirrup down to front shoulder while elbow travels close alongside torso. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Allow shoulder to be pulled upward while extending arm.
