Grasp ez-bar with with shoulderwide underhand grip and hold it in front of thighs. Keep upper arms close to body and hold elbows to sides.Execution
Fully flex arms to raise barbell toward chest. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
