PreparationGrasp low pulley cable bar with shouderwide underhand grip and lie supine on floor. Place feet against frame of pulley, keep knees slightly flexed and hold elbows to sides with upper arms parallel to floor.
ExecutionFully flex arms to pull bar to chest. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsPrevent elbows from travelling upward while flexing arms. Keep back flat on floor, head may be lifted slightly.
