Instructions

Preparation

Grasp barbell with shoulderwide underhand grip an stand upright. Flex hips and knees to lower torso until barbell reaches knees. Keep back straight.

Execution

Fully flex arms to raise barbell toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Maintain stable position throughout motion to prevent body from swinging.
