Instructions

Preparation

Grasp barbell with shoulderwise underhand grip and lie prone on incline bench. Keep elbows close to body and upper arm in vertical position.

Execution

Flex arms to raise barbell toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeaet.
