PreparationStand in front of low cable pulley and grasp bar with underhand grip. Stand upright and slightly flex knees to maintain a stable position. Keep elbows to sides with upper arms in vertical position.
ExecutionFully flex arms to raise bar toward chest. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAlways keep elbows in position, allow only little or no forward motion while flexing arms. Donīt swing.
