Instructions

Preparation

Grasp dumbbells and lie supine on flat bench. Bring upper arms in vertical position besides bench and keep elbows slightly flexed with palm facing forward.

Execution

Flex arms to pull dumbbells toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep torso and head resting on bench. Angle of upper arms depends on individual shoulder flexibility.
