PreparationGrasp low pulley cable stirrup with underhand grip and lie in front of stack, working arm centrical to cable origin. Place near foot against frame of pulley. Keep knee slightly flexed. Hold elbow besides torso with upper arm parallel to floor.
ExecutionFully flex arm to pull stirrup toward chest. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsPrevent elbow from travelling upward while flexing arms. Keep back on floor, head may be lifted slightly.
