Instructions

Preparation

Lie on bench in lateral position. Grasp dumbbell with hand of high arm, keep elbow slightly flexed and hold dumbell above thigh.

Execution

Raise arm until upper arm is in vertical position. Return and repeat.

Keep elbow flexed throughout motion.
