Instructions

Preparation

Grasp barbell with narrow or shoulderwide grip and hold it in front of thighs. Stand upright with knees slightly flexed.

Execution

Pull barbell to upper chest. Keep elbows above wrists. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
