PreparationStand centrical between weight stacks and grasp left low pulley stirrup with right hand and vice versa. Keep elbows slightly flexed and stand upright.
ExecutionWith elbows fixed raise arms to sides until elbows are at height of shoulders. Return and repeat.
Variations / CommentsLet elbows face behind. In upper position try to keep hands slightly lower than elbows.
