Instructions

Preparation

Grasp low pulley cable bar with overhand grip and stand upright with knees slightly flexed in front of stack.

Execution

Pull bar up to upper chest. Keep elbows above wrists and hold wrists loose to let them be flexed while pulling up. Return and repeat.
