Instructions

Preparation

Kneel in front of high cable pulley and grasp cable attachment with both hands. Keep hand behind back of head. Keep back straight and hips flexed.

Execution

Flex waist to bring torso down with elbows moving toward thighs. Return, maintain tension. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Donīt hyperextend back at top of motion. Hips should not, or just little, be flexed during exercise. Use any cable attachment, preferably robe or v-grip.
