Instructions

Preparation

Grasp low puller cable rope attachment and stand upright facing away from pulley. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.

Execution

Extend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.
