Grasp low puller cable rope attachment and sit on flat bench facing away from pulley. Keep elbows overhead pointing upward with upper arms in vertical position and hands behind neck.Execution
Extend forearms overhead until arms are straight. Return to full flexion. Repeat.Variations / Comments
To support back, optionally use incline bench with backrest in almost vertical position
