Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on flat bench and grasp end of low pulley cable. Bring upper arm into vertical position and hold hand besides head. Let elbow point away from stack.

Execution

Extend arm completely. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Keep elbow in position throughout motion.
