PreparationGrasp ez-bar with narrow overhand grip and lie supine on flat bench. Extend arms to hold barbell over head.
ExecutionBend elbows to lower barbell toward forehead. Keep elbows in position. Return just before barbell reaches forehead. Extend arms and repeat.
