Instructions

Preparation

Stand upright with legs shoulderwide apart. With either leg step far back. Hold arm in front, parallel to floor.

Execution

Lower body until knee of rear leg is just above floor. Keep bodyweight on front leg. Extend legs and hip to return. Keep knees slightly flexed and repeat.
