Instructions

preparation

Attach ankle cuff to one ankle and lie on bench in prone position, knees just beyond edge of bench. Grasp other edge of bench with both hands.

execution

Flex knee to raise ankle toward glutes. Return, keep knee slightly flexed. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
