Instructions

Preparation

Stand in machine and place thighs against pad. Position one lower leg behind lever pad. Lean forward and grasp handles.

Execution

Flex knee to raise lever toward bottom. Return, keep knee slightly flexed and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
