PreparationLie on bench in prone position, knees just before edge of bench to align knee joint and lever fulcrum. Place lower legs under lever pads and grasp handles to sides.
ExecutionFlex one leg to raise lever toward bottom until lower leg is in vertical postion. Return, keep knee slightly flexed and repeaet. Continue with opposite side.
Variations / CommentsDonīt hyperextend lower back. Keep hip on bench.
