Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine with back against pad. Adjust back support so that knee joints are aligned with lever fulcrum. Place lower legs on lever pad and grasp handles.

Execution

Flex legs to pull lever toward bottom. Return, keep knees slightly flexed and repeat.
