Sit in machine with back against pad. Adjust back support so that knee joints are aligned with lever fulcrum. Place lower legs on lever pad and grasp handles.Execution
Flex one leg to pull lever toward bottom while other legs remains in position. Return, keep knee slightly flexed and repeat. Continue with opposite side.Variations / Comments
